Billing/Insurance
If we participate in your dental plan, your co-payment is due at the time services are rendered. When you schedule your appointment, please provide us with your detailed insurance information. For patients without insurance, or if we don’t participate in your dental plan, payment is due at the time services are rendered. Even if we do not participate with your insurance plan, we will submit to your insurance for reimbursement to you as a courtesy.
